Following on from last week’s feature on local record store Record Revivals, we’re sharing the fruits of their employee Ruben Stradling. Through the last few weeks he’s been hosting a show on Foodhall Community Radio in Sheffield. Last week’s show took a turn from the usual billing for a 2 hour jazz showcase featuring everything from music that influenced jazz to contemporary sounds thaty jazz has influenced. Always a charismatic host with a mix full of fun audio snippets, Ruben’s The Melting Point is a great mix to check out if you’re interested in more jazz goodness.
