For South, Go West

We’ve often had groups from Manchester play Scarborough Jazz, despite the significant drive along the M62 & A64. The city has long been a place to find exciting jazz music that ranges from respected names such as guitarist Mike Walker, exciting younger groups fusing myriad influences such as Artephis, or superstar piano trio Gogo Penguin.

If you’re looking to discover something new we recommend the debut album by Graham South (who you may have heard play as part of Beats & Pieces Big Band at Scarborough Jazz Festival).
