Scarborough Jazz have teamed up with Guildford Jazz and several other clubs to bring you a live streamed performance on Wednesday 10 March 2021.
A vibrant and charismatic performer, British Jazz Award-winning saxophonist Derek Nash is also a bandleader, composer, arranger, record producer and engineer, and one of the UK’s busiest jazz musicians. He is leader of six bands, each with its own unique sound and featuring some of the top jazz musicians in the UK today, has been a member of Jools Holland’s Rhythm and Blues Orchestra since 2004, has led Sax Appeal for over 40 years and is a founder member of the Ronnie Scott’s Blues Explosion.

The gig will start at 7.30pm and will be followed by a Q&A with the band, with online Chat and Ask A Question features which you can use during the performance to get in touch. We’ll send you an email to confirm your booking after we’ve received your order, followed by a link to the performance the day before. We very much look forward to also welcoming members of Berkhamsted Jazz, Chichester Jazz, Jazz in Reading, Fleet Jazz, Southwold Jazz and Frinton Jazz clubs, who along with Scarborough Jazz are helping to make these livestream performances possible.
